- Full resheathing of roof with new OSB to meet manufacturer requirements

- Installation of new metal roofing system

- Installation of snow guards (snow bars)

- Replacement of existing gutters

- Replacement of faceboards

- Wrapping of faceboards with new aluminum fascia

This project involved a full roof replacement using a standing seam metal roofing system designed for durability and cold-weather performance. To meet manufacturer specifications and ensure long-term integrity, the entire roof was resheathed prior to installation. Snow retention and drainage systems were added to improve safety and water management.
