Latest Roofing Project

Tear off the existing shingled roof down to wood substrate. Remove existing pipe flashings, drip edge and any roof apron. Install an ice and water barrier along the bottom eves, valleys and sidewalls. Install a synthetic felt, all new pipe, chimney and wall flashings. Install Owens Corning Tru Def shingle roof. Install new hidden gutter hangers. Clean up and remove all job-related debris.

The Failing Roof

Check out the seven most common warning signs that your roof is “aging out” or that it’s coming close to failing:

 

  1. Your roof is nearing the end of its lifespan.

  2. You find granules in your gutters or bald patches on your shingles.

  3. Your shingles are curling at the edges.

  4. You can see blisters on your shingles.

  5. You notice visible damage, such as missing or cracked shingles.

  6. Your roof is leaking.

  7. You notice that your roof looks saggy from a distance.
